Julie Roles Scratch Salver 2023 Rules

The top player in the draw MUST contact the other player to offer a MINIMUM of 3 possible dates; failure to do so will mean they forfeit the match. The opposing player must make every effort to comply with these dates or work towards an alternative mutually convenient date, failure to do so will mean they forfeit the match. If no date can be agreed then the Captain, or her appointed arbitrator, must be contacted 14 days before the the last date for the round. Her decision will be final. If one player is unable to honour the mutually agreed fixture then that player will forfeit the match.
