Mixed Schofield Trophy (Step-Aside Scramble) Rules

This is a step-aside scramble in teams of 4 (2 men and 2 ladies). Men will play off the yellow tees and ladies off the red tees. Team handicaps will be calculated using the official mixed tee calculator. This applies standard proportions of 25%/20%/15%/10% to the course handicap (from lowest to highest), with adjustments made for the use of different tees. Please ignore anything else shown on IG regarding % as entry is set up for individuals and will be converted to teams later. Players all tee off and then select their preferred drive. Whoever's drive is chosen then sits out the next shot and the other team members all hit their balls from that spot. This pattern continues until the ball is holed (or the gimme taken if within 2 feet of the hole). The gross score and the associated stableford points are then marked on the card for the hole. Shots should be taken using the men's stroke index. The highest team Stableford total will win the competition.
