Please find details of the  Ladies Open to be held at Stratford Oaks in 2026

• Format Stableford 3 Ball Alliance. Two Scores to count. Red Tees.
• 85% of Course Handicap for each player
• Maximum Handicap Index of 45.0 at date of entry
• Not an acceptable format for handicap purposes.

• Entry Fee for a team of 3 visitors to include tea/coffee , biscuits and prizes is £90
• Entry Fee for 3 members to include tea/coffee , biscuits and prizes is £30
• Entry Fee for 1 member and 2 visitors to include tea/coffee , biscuits and prizes is £70
• Entry Fee for 2 members and 1 visitor  to include tea/coffee , biscuits and prizes is £50

Additional Food will be available to order on the day.

Visitor Only Entries

Before Entering you will need:

• A Valid Bank Card
• CDH Numbers and DOB( format dd/mm/yyyy)   for all or your team
• Contact Details for Player making the Entry – ie phone number, email address and home address including Postcode and Country -eg England, Wales etc.

To Make Entry

• View Startsheet and available  Tee Times
• Click ‘Online Signup’ (right hand side of screen)
• Select Tee Time
• Click on ‘Book Tee Time’ - This should direct you to ‘Team’ page.

                        For Player 1 enter:      

• CDH number
• DOB
• All Contact Details as requested

                        For Subsequent Players enter:

• CDH number
• DOB

Payment should be £90

Members are requested to pay via Club Membership Card

Member only Entries 

• Log on to club website as member
• Scroll Upcoming Competitions and find Ladies Open on June 24th 2026
• Click online sign up ( right had side of screen)
• Select Tee Time
• Select ‘Sign up Member’
• Type in Surname of Player 2
• Type in Surname of Player 3
• DO NOT SELECT ‘Optional Payment Box’ – this is for member/visitor teams
• Payment should be £30. 

Member and Visitor – to be entered by member

• Log on to club website as member
• Scroll Upcoming Competitions and find Ladies Open on June 24th 2026
• Click online sign up ( right had side of screen)
• Select Tee Time

2 Members, 1 Visitor:

• Select ‘Sign up Member’
• Type in Surname of Additional Member
• Select Sign up Visitor’
• Enter CDH Number 
• Continue
• SELECT ‘Optional Payment Box’  
• Payment should be £50.

1 Member, 2 Visitors

• Select ‘Sign up Visitor’
• Enter CDH Number 
• Repeat for second visitor
• Continue
• SELECT ‘Optional Payment Box’  
• Payment should be £70.
