Help sheet for entering the Stratford Oaks Mens Open

 MEMBERS: (Please read all of this paragraph)

You can pay for your entry from your club payment card.

Just make sure that you have enough credit on your account to cover the entry fee. this is the easiest method.

5 Day members at Stratford Oaks will need to pay £15 of their entry fee on the day of the open as their membership doesn't cover golf on a Saturday.

PAYMENT: 

You can  pay using a bank card to process your online payment.

Before you start click on ‘View Startsheet’ (on the right hand side of the screen) and decide which tee time you’d like to select as part of your entry.

CHOOSE THE PARAGRAPH THAT IS APPROPRIATE TO YOUR PAIRING

Entering as TWO VISITORS

• Click on ‘Online Signup’ (0n the right hand side of the screen)
• Select your tee time
• Click on ‘Book Tee time'

You should now be on the ‘Team’ page.

You will need the following information before you start

• For player 1(the person doing the entry)
  • Your CDH number
  • Your date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy (use the dropdown list)
  • A contact phone number
  • An email address
  • A home address including postcode, county and country (England, Scotland, etc NOT United Kingdom).
  • For player 2
    • CDH number
    • Date of birth dd/mm/yyyy(use the dropdown list)
    • CLICK ON CONTINUE

Payment- Should be £100

Select your tee time

Entering as a 5 Day MEMBER and a VISITOR

• You will be paying £70 now and £15 on the day for the 5 day member as their membership doesn't cover playing on a Saturday.
• Before you enter you will need the CDH number and date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) for your visitor.
• You will need to log in to the club website as a member.
• Go to competitions and find the Seniors Open on August 13th
• Look at the Startsheet and decide which tee time you would like  to select.
• Click on ‘Online Signup’              (0n the right hand side of the screen)
• You will need to choose ‘Sign up a Visitor’ NOT ‘Sign up a Member’
• Enter the CDH number for your visitor and click continue
• Tick the ‘optional payment’ box
• Payment- Should be £70 now and £15 on the day, £85
• Select your tee time

Entering as a FULL MEMBER and a VISITOR

You will need the following information

• Before you enter you will need the CDH number and date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) for your visitor.
• You will need to log in to the club website as a member.
• Go to competitions and find the Seniors Open on August 13th
• Look at the Startsheet and decide which tee time you would like  to select.
• Click on ‘Online Signup’              (0n the right hand side of the screen)
• You will need to choose ‘Sign up a Visitor’ NOT ‘Sign up a Member’
• Enter the CDH number for your visitor and click continue
• Tick the ‘optional payment’ box
• Payment- Should be £70
• Select your tee time

Entering as a 5 Day MEMBER and a 5 day MEMBER

• You will need to log in to the club website as a member.
• You will be paying £40 now and 2 x £15 on the day for the 5 day members as their membership doesn't cover play on a Saturday.
• Go to competitions and find the Seniors Open on August 13th
• Click on ‘Online Signup’(0n the right hand side of the screen)
• You will need to choose ‘Sign up a Member’ NOT ‘Sign up a visitor’
• Type in the surname of your partner.
• DO NOT CLICK on the ‘Optional Payment’ box for £20
• Payment- Should be £40 now and £30(2 x £15) on the day, £70
• Select your tee time

Entering as a FULL MEMBER and a 5 day MEMBER

• You will need to log in to the club website as a member.
• You will be paying £40 now and £15 on the day for the 5 day member as their membership doesn't cover golf on a Saturday.
• Go to competitions and find the Seniors Open on August 13th
• Click on ‘Online Signup’(0n the right hand side of the screen)
• You will need to choose ‘Sign up a Member’ NOT ‘Sign up a visitor’
• Type in the surname of your partner.
• DO NOT CLICK on the ‘Optional Payment’ box for £30
• Payment- Should be £40 now and £15 on the day, £55
• Select your tee time

Entering as a FULL MEMBER and a FULL MEMBER

• You will need to log in to the club website as a member.
• Go to competitions and find the Seniors Open on August 13th
• Click on ‘Online Signup’(0n the right hand side of the screen)
• You will need to choose ‘Sign up a Member’ NOT ‘Sign up a visitor’
• Type in the surname of your partner.
• DO NOT CLICK on the ‘Optional Payment’ box for £30
• Payment- Should be £40
• Select your tee time
